Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags
and packaging.

- Worn or damaged items
- Sale or clearance items
- Accessories or gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@xynoir.com with your Order ID and reason. We'll guide you through the pickup process.
Exchange & Store Credit
We offer exchanges for size or style (based on availability). Otherwise, you'll receive a store credit valid for 6
months.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement ASAP.

Cancellation
You can cancel an order if it hasn't been packed. Email us quickly and we'll assist.
